Wrong shirts sent and can’t get anyone to communicate with me

The wrong shirts were sent and when I reached out I was asked to send a pic of what I received. I did so and never heard back. A few days later I got a shipping label with no explanation sent to me. I assume they want me to send the wrong shirts back but there has been no communication on if I am getting a refund or the correct shirts mailed to me and if so, when. Very frustrating.

The item was never received so I cannot review quality of the item. However, after waiting for a week past the est. delivery date, with no item in hand, I reached out to customer service regarding updates on the delivery or to notify them the package may have been lost. I received no response and am not pleased with the customer service. As a result, I will not be ordering from this company again.
