The text font was smaller than expected and the quality of the photos weren't as high as anticipated (one was peeling away when it arrived and all had an oily finish), but the bride still really liked the sash.

Customer service was not good. I’ve bought from them twice. First time was 4 years ago and everything was amazing. This time it was not.

I had to rush my order due to traveling for my birthday and then I didn’t need it. I understand them not being able to cancel but what absolutely sucked was their communication. I put in my order and nobody messaged me back to confirm or at least make certain how I wanted the final product to look. It is custom!!! My first time ordering they asked how I wanted my pics to look and it turned out incredibly well. This time, not good!!!

I messaged them after I received this order and I was very unhappy. STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK!!!!!!

Customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
