Printed Leather Patch

I ordered the leather patches. They were nothing like described. The printing was very grainy and they cracked as soon and they were flexed even the slightest bit. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because they are letting me return them for a refund. Also when I was asking questions previous to ordering. The person was very short with me and really didn’t answer my questions. Felt rushed and rude. The picture is what I received from them and what I got elsewhere is attached to the hat.

PATCHES TURNED OUT EXACTLY LIKE WE WANTED, GREAT QUALITY AND QUICK TURNAROUND!

Ive ordered twice from them. First experiance was GREAT. Patch look amazing with prompt shipping. I ordered again a few weeks later using the same image file and recieved a product very different. Brought my concerns to their customer service via the website message system. It then took me 4 days to have what should have been a 2 minute conversation on the phone. (They completely ignored my multiple requests for a phone conversation) I even sent an email to them. Which i have still not received a response from. The patches i bought were to be put on hats and sold as merchandise for a 501c19 veteran organization. We had plans to use them for a variety projects. However, the lack of willingness to have a REAL and timely conversation to figure out the disconnect and move forward has rendered my business with them as useless as the product i paid for.

I found Fancy Fanny through one of my POD websites and boy, am I glad I did! Their printed leather patches are so high-quality and vibrant! I use them all the tiime!
