ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I placed an order in early December for some custom holiday ornaments, paying extra for expedited shipping. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I reached out asking about my order, and to see if it would indeed still be arriving in time for the holidays. I never heard back. So I sent another message expressing my concern - still nothing. Well, the holidays came and went without a word from them. At that point I sent in another message requesting to cancel my order as it was now pointless, and never heard anything back. Then after almost 45 days after placing my order, I received a shipping update that met order was on its way. I responded to the notification reiterating that I had requested to cancel this order, and never heard back. I haven’t exercised such incredibly poor service/support in a very long time. This was an absolutely terrible buying experience and huge waste of money.
