Custom Party Snapback Hats

So, at first we were so pleased with the customer service. The person making our patch was patient and understanding with our need for changes. However, we received the hats and they were not the wrong pattern. We are currently almost a week since receiving the hats that are the wrong order, with no reply. We spent over $250 on hats that are wrong. I am very disapointed that they have yet to fix their mistake.

You sent me the wrong hat. I had to email you to inquire about why it was wrong. You only emailed me back once to say you were updating your options. I asked for a new hat to be sent or to get a refund and you didn’t reply. I’m really frustrated and disappointed in the product and customer service.

I got sent the wrong caps after I approved the brief. I then asked to be sent the correct ones and I got told they won’t make it to Australia in time. Not good enough!! Express post it. I then suggested this and didn’t get a response. I have since complained again and I’m awaiting feedback. I would like a full refund please!!! This was specifically for a bachelors party and now we won’t have the merchandise on time.
