Not what I was expecting

My earrings were a very funny shape and the earring hole was placed right in the face of the picture. It was hard to tell what my photo was and there were wrinkle lines in the face. I tried many times to each out to costumer service (emailed 3 times and tried to do a chat once) and never heard back.

I love love love my custom earrings. The reason why I did not give it a 5 star rating was the lack of customer service. Slow and would not answer my messages.

So disappointed. You cannot even see the face. The material used to make the earrings has lines running thru it. This was a complete waste of money.
