Before I placed my order and when I first placed the order, the communication was great. And then all communication stopped. It took emailing more than once, messaging on their website and finally going through their Facebook page to get someone to respond to me. I understand that all colors were not available but until I pushed it, no one contacted. And then when I finally received the items, the image was not placed as we had discussed. Images were also fuzzy and looked like they had spread. I had order with this company before through Printify and was very satisfied with them but going through their own website was a nightmare. Will not be ordering again.
I reached out to customer service about swipes of discolored areas on all of the tumblers. After an unhelpful exchange I was told I could send the products back for a full refund. I am STILL waiting for a return label to return the product despite multiple emails. Despite asking for a phone number, there is no way to speak to a human in real life. I will be taking this issue to my credit card company next.
