Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:

- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.

A user may complete our registration form to be able to save payment information, register as an affiliate, etc. During registration a user is asked to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Notification of Changes
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Style, Size, and Photo Changes
As long as it’s within one day (24 hours) of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer reprints at no charge. Please fill out our contact form and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.
Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 14 days from your original order date. After this 14 day period, Fancy Fanny is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.
Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, Fancy Fanny is not responsible for replacing these items.
Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to the local shipping company. A discount may be requested on a new purchase if a replacement is requested in the event that the package doesn't find its way to you. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the week to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $9 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than a day after purchase, or we will refund the entire cost of your item, less the $9 customization fee.
If you would like to return your product because you are unsatisfied, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the product you received and our team will be able to determine the status of your return based on the information provided.

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns.
Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 10 business days.
